However, this was true for only five of the six commercially available extracts.

31. Sicilian Essential Oils

Why even mention the vitamin c content of honey? It is negligible, there is 0.5 mg of vitamin c per 100 grams (so you can imagine how small the content of a 15 gram table spoon would be). To put that perspective a 100g of Orange or lemon has 53 mg and 100g of yellow pepper has 183mg
