Castor oil, lemongrass oil, cypress oil, and frankincense oil hot pack
You will need a small pan, a medium-sized flannel or cotton cloth, three drops of frankincense oil, three drops of cypress oil, three drops of lemongrass oil, and one tablespoon of castor oil.
First put the castor oil in a small pan and slowly heat it on low. Make sure that you take it off the stove before it reaches smoking point. It should just be warm to the touch.
Mix in the frankincense, cypress, and lemongrass essential oils. Pour the mixture onto a small cotton or flannel cloth until the cloth is saturated.
Tie the saturated cloth over your ganglion cyst. Use kitchen plastic wrap to cover the cloth and prevent spills. Let this stay on overnight.
Massage cream with oregano oil, thyme oil, and frankincense oil
You will need three drops of oregano oil, three drops of thyme oil, five drops of frankincense oil, one tablespoon of coconut oil, a quarter cup of shea butter, and a four ounce amber glass container.
Put the coconut oil and shea butter in a heatproof bowl. Fill a pot with a quarter cup of water, and put it on the stove. As you heat the water, balance the bowl of mixture over it. this will create a double boiler effect, and will melt the coconut and shea oils without destroying any of the nutrients in them.
Once the coconut oil and shea butter are in liquid form, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool in the fridge for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, take it out and mix in the essential oils.
Use a hand mixer to properly mix the ingredients together. If you would like, you can use an electric stand mixer instead. Put the mix in a clean container. Massage it into your ganglion cyst twice daily.
Frankincense essential oil massage
Simply apply two or three drops of frankincense essential oil to your ganglion cyst and massage it in. You should do this at least once a day until your symptoms have subsided.
As frankincense oil is mild, you can usually use it full strength, without having to mix with a carrier oil. If you would like, you can cover the oil with a bandage to hold it on longer.
Arnica essential oil massage

Other Natural Remedies for Ganglion Cysts
Essential oils aren’t the only natural remedies for ganglion cysts. Let’s go over a few others here:
Turmeric has helpful anti-inflammatory properties and can help with pain. You can apply turmeric juice to your ganglion cyst a few times a day. You could also take a turmeric supplement. Make sure to talk to your doctor before taking such a supplement.
